Gracious home with Sea views

Indeed a home built to have family, big roast dinners, and tons of laughter. Sit on the 10 foot wide porch and relax in the ocean breezes surrounded by those you love.

This is a huge dwelling designed by a wonderful woodworker/ceramicist and erected on 12-foot-high concrete columns with a 10 foot wide x 40 foot long balcony front and back, ( 2400 square feet under roof) allowing one to enjoy the sunrise over the sea and the sunset to the West. Its a house that enspires ones creative side or the simple act of lazying with a book in a hammock on the veranda.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, mes. The home is built entirely of Belizean hardwoods, the kitchen is open plan to the living room built with dark Belizean woods. Downstairs is a large workshop room that accommodates the laundry.

The house has “good bones", meaning if you wanted to add a bedroom, for example, its easily done and the position is excellent, being on the beach side of the main road in a lovely little community called Playa de Piratas...This is mid Peninsula so it’s only a short distance to the village and a shorter distance to Maya Beach.

Added bonus are some great neighbors :)

Abundant wildlife with tropical birds coming to great you on the verandas whilst having your breakfast. Dont forget the lovely beach with white sand and turquoise sea is a short stroll away. There is also the possibility of buying the next door parcel if you want to land bank it for family.
