How we use and share it

• To respond to your enquiry. Property enquiries go to the REMAX agent who represents that listing and to the REMAX Belize team.
• To follow up about the properties and services you asked about, using our client management system.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse.

We share your details only with the REMAX agent and office handling your enquiry and with service providers that help us operate — website hosting, email delivery and client management software — who may process it only on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Listing and agent information

Property listings and agent profiles are supplied by REMAX Caribbean & Central America and the independently owned REMAX offices in Belize. Only professional contact details are shown for agents.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to assist you and meet legal and business record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights
