Grand Mayan Estates – Prime Location

PRICED TO SELL!!! The lots at Grand Mayan Estates are highly desirable because they are located along the main boulevard to the east of Grand Belizean Estates. With the growth of Habitat and West Caye to the south and East Bay Belize and the canal community to the east, Grand Mayan Estates is a perfect location whether you are investing in land or you are just looking for the best property on the market. Parcel 10596 has already been cleared and filled.  Located just minutes away from Secret Beach, the Grand Mayan Estates area is popular for investors as the lots are 50% larger than the standard lots available on Ambergris Caye. These properties yield high potential returns for the property owner as the lots are larger and the barrier to entry is relatively low when compared to other lots in the area. The lots are 75 feet x 75 feet and offer the property owner full freedom to build when they see fit, if at all.
