Description

A 217-acre farm in Belize, 90 miles south of Belize City International Airport and 12 miles south of Dangriga Regional Airport, boasts well-drained, fertile Mayflower mountain runoff soil. It contains an 180-acre teak plantation with 80,000 12-14-year-old teak trees known for their impressive height and diameter. The property includes essential infrastructure like a custodian house, storage building, power generator, freshwater well, and maintained roads. The teak plantation’s potential value per acre is projected to be high, similar to successful plantations in Costa Rica with 50-80-foot trees after 10 years of growth.
