A 217-acre farm in Belize, 90 miles south of Belize City International Airport and 12 miles south of Dangriga Regional Airport, boasts well-drained, fertile Mayflower mountain runoff soil. It contains an 180-acre teak plantation with 80,000 12-14-year-old teak trees known for their impressive height and diameter. The property includes essential infrastructure like a custodian house, storage building, power generator, freshwater well, and maintained roads.
